Seeking for Joint Collaboration to Net Zero 2050

The joint meeting among the Embassy of Canada-led by H.E. Ping Kitnikone, the Ambassador of Canada to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, Department of Climate Change and Environment-led by Deputy Director-General Pavich Kesavawong,  the Saraburi Province-led by Governor Bancha Chaowarin, Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA)-led by Chairman Dr. Chana Poomee, the Federation of Thai Industries, Saraburi Provincial Chapter-led by Khun Charoenchai Chaliawkriangkrai have been organized to seek the joint collaboration with Canada to decarbonize cement industry in responding to Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Industry Roadmap and Thailand NDC.

Tie up Collaboration with Department of Climate Change and Environment

On behalf of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), Khun Mongkon Ponchunchoovong, Secretary-General and Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, Executive Director took a New Year occasion in extending season’s greeting to Khun Sivach Kaewcharoen, Director Division of Climate Change Mitigation, Khun Kittisak Prukkanont, Director Division of Strategy and International Cooperation, Khun Rabiab Poopha, Director Division of Climate Adaptation, and Khun Uma Srisook, Director Division of Participation Promotion on Climate Change and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and also thank you DCCE’s team for the continue support to cement industry. Both sides agreed to further driving Thailand target of greenhouse gas emission reduction for country competitiveness.

New Year Season’s Greeting to Department of Climate Change and Environment
