  On behalf of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, TCMA Executive Director led the team to extend the congratulations and best wishes to Mr. William Tan Kok Siang from Hume Cement, who now served as Chairman of the Cement & Concrete Association of Malaysia (C&CA). Both sides will continue AFCM friendship and develop closer relations between the two for the prosperous of cement industry.
