Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) members’ representative attended 3/2024 meeting of Working Group TCMA-Environment, chaired by Khun Sukthawat Patawarakorn, Advisor to Working Group. The meeting discussed on the collaboration to Bank of Thailand for Thailand Taxonomy Phass II and work progress.

TCMA-UNIDO-GCCA Collaboration to Decarbonize Cement and Concrete Sectors in Thailand

The joint discussion among Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA)-led by Dr. Chana Poomee, TCMA Chairman, UNIDO Headquarter -led by Ms. Rasha Abdrabu, UNIDO's Project Coordinator, and Global Cement and Concrete Association-led by Mr. Thomas Guillot, GCCA Chief Executive has been organized to find tune the first year of project action under Canada grant green fund to accelerate decarbonizing Thai cement and concrete sectors in alignment with Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Roadmap and Thailand's Nationally Determined Contribution Roadmap on Mitigation.
