1.  It is the sharing of data with other reliable concerned agencies which work on behalf of or work for TCMA under agreement or contract which ensures that those agencies will follow the terms of the Protection of Personal Data Act, the same   as TCMA. The sharing of those data may include data collection and data usage for delivering services to you or for implementing projects or activities of TCMA such as the survey and processing of data, service facilitation, and public relations. 
2. In case that TCMA believes in good faith that it is obliged by law or it is the performance of official who has to follow the order of authorized official or according to court precept or court order or judicial process.

The Collection Period of Personal Data
TCMA will collect personal data as necessary as according to the informed objectives in this policy or until the change of policy in the future or as being specified by law or until you will use the right to revoke the consent which was given to TCMA. In the case that the necessity in collecting those personal data as according to the objectives is over, TCMA will delete your personal data and/or make your personal data non-identifiable in exception that it is done according to the law in keeping and protecting right, and fighting according to the law.
