‘Hydraulic Cement' in Green Procurement List

  January 20, 2020: Members of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) participated in the Seminar on Promotion Environmentally Friendly Products and Services: Construction Sector and Refurbishment, organized by Pollution Control Department, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources with main purpose to encourage manufacturers in construction sector producing environmentally friendly products and services. The cement industry proposed ‘Hydraulic Cement' including in green procurement list.

Project on ‘Go Green with Hydraulic Cement' has been campaigned since 2017 in both public and private sectors to ensure of cement production process be contributed to the achievement of Thailand Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Roadmap on Mitigation 2021 – 2030 and respond to global challenges on environment for sustainable growth.
