  November 8, 2019: TCMA members’ representative attended the 4/2019 TCMA-Working Committee on Environment, chaired by Khun Yutthapon Jaidee. The meeting reviewed the result of 2019 activities and discuss for 2020 action plan, including the contribution of cement industry on greenhouse gas emission reduction, based on Thailand Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Roadmap.

‘Go Green with Hydraulic Cement’ -- Thailand Contribution to Goal 13 of Global Agenda-Climate Action

December 24, 2019: Members of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and the representatives of Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning (DTP), Ministry of Interior observed the performance testing of hydraulic cement, an environmentally friendly product with greenhouse gas emission reduction at the laboratory of Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). TCMA requested DTP pursue bold actions to use hydraulic cement in public construction projects in order to achieve the country target, particularly in the sector of Industrial Processes and Product Use (IPPU).
