  September 17, 2019: With invitation of Department of Minerals Resources (DMR), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, members of Working Committee on Mining and Mineral Resources, Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) led by Khun Mongkon Ponchunchoovong discussed in detail with representatives of DMR on TCMA proposal of criteria to set up Thailand Mineral Resources Area for Mining, to follow the recent DMR brainstorming session on Thailand Minerals Framework Classification (TMFC).

‘Go Green with Hydraulic Cement’ -- Thailand Contribution to Goal 13 of Global Agenda-Climate Action

December 24, 2019: Members of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and the representatives of Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning (DTP), Ministry of Interior observed the performance testing of hydraulic cement, an environmentally friendly product with greenhouse gas emission reduction at the laboratory of Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). TCMA requested DTP pursue bold actions to use hydraulic cement in public construction projects in order to achieve the country target, particularly in the sector of Industrial Processes and Product Use (IPPU).
