TFCM in FTI Industrial Promotion Committee

  Dr. Chana Poomee, Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and also served as Advisor to FTI Industrial Promotion and Support Committee, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Khun Nopadol Ramyarupa, TCMA Vice-Chairman and also served as Chairman of Thailand Fellowship of Cement Manufacturers (TFCM) attended 5/ 2024 meeting of FTI Industrial Promotion and Support Committee, chaired by Khun Kriengkrai Thiennukul-FTI Chairman. In this regard, the current status of “SARABURI SANDBOX LOW CARBON CITY” as a new member of Transitioning Industrial Clusters Initiative, World Economic Forum has been updated to the meeting.

TCMA-UNIDO-GCCA Collaboration to Decarbonize Cement and Concrete Sectors in Thailand

The joint discussion among Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA)-led by Dr. Chana Poomee, TCMA Chairman, UNIDO Headquarter -led by Ms. Rasha Abdrabu, UNIDO's Project Coordinator, and Global Cement and Concrete Association-led by Mr. Thomas Guillot, GCCA Chief Executive has been organized to find tune the first year of project action under Canada grant green fund to accelerate decarbonizing Thai cement and concrete sectors in alignment with Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Roadmap and Thailand's Nationally Determined Contribution Roadmap on Mitigation.
