TCMA in the 1st National Conference on Defense Technology

Dr. Chana Poomee, Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) received a warm welcome from Royal Thai Air Force Commander-in-Chief Air Marshal Punpakdee Pattanakul during the 1st National Conference on Defense Technology (NCDT 2024), organized by Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy (NKRAFA). On this occasion, Dr. Chana gave a keynote on ‘SARABURI SANDBOX LOW CARBON CITY - 1 Year on’ together with Saraburi Governor Buncha Chaowarin.

TCMA-UNIDO-GCCA Collaboration to Decarbonize Cement and Concrete Sectors in Thailand

The joint discussion among Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA)-led by Dr. Chana Poomee, TCMA Chairman, UNIDO Headquarter -led by Ms. Rasha Abdrabu, UNIDO's Project Coordinator, and Global Cement and Concrete Association-led by Mr. Thomas Guillot, GCCA Chief Executive has been organized to find tune the first year of project action under Canada grant green fund to accelerate decarbonizing Thai cement and concrete sectors in alignment with Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Roadmap and Thailand's Nationally Determined Contribution Roadmap on Mitigation.
