  The joint technical discussion on applying hydraulic cement in structural construction of Department of Highways has been organized among Bureau of Location and Design-led by Dr. Sukij Yindeesook, Construction and Maintenance Technology Research Center (CONTEC), Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT)-led by Prof. Somnuk Tangtermsirikul (D. Eng), and Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA)-led by Dr. Wonchalerm Chalodhorn, Chair Working Group TCMA on Sustainability.
