Hydraulic Cement Performance Testing for Reviewing Highway Construction Standard on Pavement Recycling

  The team of Working Group TCMA on Sustainability, Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) led by Khun Rachamongkon Wongruk, Secretary of TCMA on Sustainability joined the team of Department of Highways, Ministry of Transport in observing performance testing of hydraulic cement at highway No.1 for reviewing highway construction standard No. 213 on pavement recycling.
