New Year Season’s Greeting to Royal Irrigation Department

  On behalf of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, TCMA Executive Director took a New Year occasion in extending season’s greeting to Mr.Chutintorn Phetchai, Executive Advisor on Civil Engineering (Project Planning), Royal Irrigation Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and also thank you for the joint collaboration in achieving Thailand target of greenhouse gas emission reduction-clinker substitution.
