The team of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) led by Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, Executive Director discussed with the team of Department of Land Administration (DLA), Ministry of Interior led by Khun Jet Siangluecha, Section Director of Promotion on Infrastructure Development in preparing joint action with authorities concerned in the Ministry of Interior to reduce greenhouse gas by implementing hydraulic cement-a low carbon cement in construction.
