Joint Discussion to Carefully Resolve Issues from Mineral Act B.E. 2560

  April 26, 2018: Khun Nopadol Ramyarupa, Vice-Chairman of Thai Cement Manufactures Association (TCMA), acting on behalf of TCMA Chair led TCMA team discussed with Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM)-led by Khun Wisanu Tabtieng, Director-General.

DG of DPIM called for this joint meeting to find an appropriate way to carefully resolve issues in legal and technical aspects occurred from Mineral Act B.E. 2560. The meeting agreed to accelerate proceed all applications, which complied applicable laws, regulations and procedures since Mineral Act B.E. 2510 still effective without delay.
