TCMA is a juristic person under the Trade Association Act
it has been established on May 8, 2006
to serve as the focal point to connect and strengthen cooperation among the Thai cement manufacturers by exchanging views, experiences and good practices in mining, production processes, safety, standards and environment which will lead to better development level of the Thai cement industry and can take part in developing the country in the area of basic infrastructure in a sustainable way.
  
 
  TCMA coordinates with public agencies, professional sector, industrial sector, and educational sector both domestically and internationally.
Currently, TCMA is a member of Global Cement and Concrete Association: GCCA, ASEAN Federation of Cement Manufacturers: AFCM and Asian Cement Producers Amity Club: ACPAC. TCMA also supports the work of cement industry group, the Federation of Thai Industries.
